By renting with us, you agree to the following - 

Refunds
Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances — including if the garment does not fit or if you change your mind.

Damage
If a garment is returned in an unfixable condition and cannot be rented again, you will be charged the full retail price, and the damaged dress will be sent to you.
Do not wash the garment, even if it has marks.
If the dress requires repairs or additional cleaning, you will be charged a repair/cleaning fee to cover the 
cost.

Shipping
Postal rentals incur a $15 shipping fee.
Garments must be returned the next working day using the provided return bag.
Late returns will result in a $20 per day fee. 

 

Try on T&Cs

•  A $20 booking fee is required to secure your 25-minute appointment. This is non-refundable and secures your time slot.

•  Appointments are limited to 25 minutes. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

•  You’re welcome to try on multiple dresses during your appointment.

•  We cannot guarantee the availability of specific styles. If you have a particular dress in mind, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to recommend a suitable time.

•  To protect our garments, please do not wear makeup, fake tan, or any products that may transfer onto the dresses.

•  Please take care when trying on all pieces. Any damage, staining, or excessive wear may incur a cleaning or repair fee.

•  By booking a try-on, you agree to the above terms.
